Michigan Jaycees, join us for the 2011 Local Officers Training School (LOTS)!
LOTS is an opportunity for local board membes to learn more about how to be successful leaders in their local chapters. In addition to spending time with your coutnerparts on the Michigan Jaycees Board, there will also be training sessions dedicated to the fundamentals that any Board members needs to know -- recruiting chairpeople, running effective GMMs, how to market your chapter, etc.
This year, we are pleased to welcome motivational speaker Gary Minor, for the keynote address. An expert in leadership development, Gary is a highly-sought after speaker who has spent the last nine years speaking to organizations from Motorola to the Army Corps of Engineers to hospitals in 15 states and three foreign countries.
